- breath in for 4 seconds
- hold your breath for 7 seconds
- exhale breath for 8 seconds
repeat once or twice more.

I am so tired of body positivity being framed in terms of male approval ie ‘men like curves’. All women are beautiful whether men find them attractive or not.Body positivity that relies on male approval and sexualisation specifically excludes women who aren’t attracted to men and also gives control of self confidence to men exclusively.
